Despite their massive stature, some of the industrial structures at Angerstein Warf felt elusive, their purpose a mystery to passers-by. It was hard to tell whether this huge box-like form was derelict or part of a functioning system.
The two pigeons silhouetted against the side of the box took off as I was drawing. Their sudden movement became the focus for the image, pin pointing a single moment in time within the surrounding flux.
